This is an older video but still valid of course. One of the first ideas for Buddhist living and conduct was described as the Noble Eightfold Path. This was the basic outline for behavior in the pursuit of attaining what was described in the Four Noble Truths, in other words, the attainment of liberation from attachments or cravings (actually formations themselves).
